Information for speakers at SFAI & AnIva week 2026

This year's congress will be held live in Stockholm, but will also be broadcast live via the conference app to the participants who participate digital. Some speakers will attend via zoom.
Below are two different instructions depending on whether you are speaking via Zoom or on site in Stockholm.

If you have not already registered for the meeting, we are happy if you do so as soon as possible, so that we can plan for your presentation. In the form, you can choose between participating digitally or on site.

Instructions for speakers who participate on site in Stockholm

Your presentation will be filmed and will be available to registered participants for 1 month after the congress.

There is a special presentation computer in the hall. To ensure that the technology works, you will not be able to use your own computer. There is a technician in the room to help you when it's time for your presentation.

The format of the presentation should be in PowerPoint and 16:9.

We want you to submit your presentation to the technician well in advance of your presentation, but no later than 2 hours before the start of the session. You can submit your presentation to the technician in the lecture room on site in Stockholm or via the Dropbox link down below.
The technician will check that your presentation works on the presentation computer, whether you submit via the Dropbox link or in the technician's room. The technician’s room will be in C31 on floor three.
To avoid a crowd in the technician's room, we ask you who feel confident about your presentation to primarily submit it via the Dropbox link. Instructions on how to submit via Dropbox can be found further down.

Please include extern movie files in the same folder.

Name your file as follows:
Day.Room.Time.Last name (separated by dots)

Example:

Instructions for lecturers participating via Zoom

Your presentation will be filmed and will be available to registered participants for 1 month after the congress.

The format of the presentation should be in PowerPoint and 16:9.

You present via Zoom, please join the Zoom meeting no later than 30 minutes before your presentation. A technician will assist you in the Zoom Room.

Zoom-links will be sent out through email.
